Delivery Policy
Once you have purchased your rocket flight to scatter the cremated remains of your loved one,you will receive either an email or if you have provided a contact telephone number, a telephone call from us.
we can then arrange a convenient time & place to have your flight. this is dependant upon the weather conditions at the time.
If we cannot launch your flight due to the weather conditions making it dangerous, we will return to you with another date of convenience.( at no extra cost ).
sadly we cannot send you the rocket to launch yourselves as you have to be licensed to buy & transport the rocket motors..these are not toys..
Returns Policy
Once you have purchased your flight & then decide you dont wish to continue BUT would like to request a refund..this is not a problem
a full refund will be given ..less any fees we have incurred from paypal
its important that you realize this as it is quite a lot of money involved & paypal will charge us so we have to pass those charges on to you (as it is you who have changed you decision)...make sure this is something you wish to purchase before committing to buy.
a refund cannot be given if you decide to cancel within 24hrs of your launch time as we will have committed to travel to you.
Privacy Policy
We have absolutely no desire to share any of your details with any third party what so ever

Your payment details are dealt with via paypals secure server we do-not have them on our system at all & WE HAVE NO WISH TO ASK YOU FOR THEM
